SSF Wisdom Muslim Students Loan Scholarship Scheme 2020
Wisdom - Muslim Students Loan Scholarship Scheme executed by Kerala State Sunni Students’ Federation (SSF) in cooperation with Risala Study Circle (RSC) is a financial assistance to the meritorious students who cannot continue their education due to economic backwardness, as a tool for the improvement of the socio-economic conditions of the muslim community. Hence the Scholarship is given as an interest-free-loan, the students are required to repay the loan in appropriate installments after one year of completion of the course or upon gaining a job (which ever is earlier). At present, the scholarship is offered to students pursuing technical/professional Degree Courses in the fields of Medical, Engineering, Agriculture, Nursing, Veterinary Science, Journalism, Bio-technology, Law and Management. The students in the final year of their courses are not eligible for the scholarship. The Scholarship once sanctioned will be continued for the entire remaining duration of the particular academic course, subject to satisfactory progress and submission of the prescribed documents like Progress Report, Mark Sheet of the previous exam etc. with in the stipulated time frame.
Eligibility for SSF Wisdom Scholarship Scheme
1. Only male students belonging to Muslim community can apply.
2. Age limit for candidates will be in between 17 and 25 years.
3. The applicant should have secured not less than 55% marks (in aggregate) in the qualifying
examination.
4. The applicant should have confirmed admission/selection for any one of above mentioned
courses.
5. The University/College/Institute offering admission should be recognized by the government
at the Central or State level.
6. Family annual income of the student from all sources should be less than Rs. 1,20,000
(Rupees One Lakh Twenty Thousand Only).

1. The applicant must fill up their application correctly and neatly in block letters.
2. All details & enclosures requested must be provided otherwise the application will be rejected without any further information.
3. The application duly filled should be submitted to the Co-ordinator, Wisdom Scholarship Scheme, Students’ Centre, Calicut-4 by directly or by post so as to reach the office on or before 25th August 2014.
4. Applications received will be screened and selected candidates will be informed for interview.
5. Final approval will be done by the Executive Committee of the Scholarship Scheme after verifying the interview results and recommendations from the Selection Committee.
6. Applicants who are selected to be signed a Scholarship bond, confirming their commitment to refund the scholarship received.
7. All applicants have to show their original certificates at the time of interview.
